Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the information below before requesting a return or exchange.

Due to our international fulfillment structure, return shipments must be sent to our designated return address in Brazil.


Size Exchanges

If you need a different size:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and additional charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer:

  • A replacement in the requested size, or
  • Store credit, if applicable.

Please contact our support team before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or seasonal demand

Important Notice

All returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our return address.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
